Friendly reception staff
Window air conditioners in room were dirty and noisy. Coffee maker broken.room was very dark. Bathroom fixtures had chips in them. Breakfast room was understaffed. Same Staff managed food, garbage,equipment with no gloves. We reserved a two queen bed suite and were given a suite with full beds...queen bed suites were all full.theydid refund $10.

The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the airport, Concord Mills, restaurants, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Concord Mall.

This is 2016, you have to offer more to you breakfast than just pork beacon. beef and turkey beacon or sausages need to be included for the people not fond of pork.

Fairly clean and the staff was welcoming and awesome. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Nice building and rooms with actual coffee pot. Very central location, within walking distance of Great Wolf Lodge. Appreciated great area.

Plenty of towels in the room - super helpful! 💡 the room rate was $116, which was pretty decent. the hotel is located right in the heart of lots of restaurants, making it very convenient for dining out.

Beds were comfy and soft.
Toilet flush had to be held down to flush and got clogged on the last night so I checked out out that night. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Sink in sitting room was clogged.

Excellent location, room was nice, bed was comfy, staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast
The staff could not find our reservation even though i had reserved a room 6 months earlier, only had 1 room left, it was an upgrade but at first we didn't think we were going to have a place to stay.

The rooms were reasonably large with many towels. The location was unbeatable. The staff was extremely friendly and fantastically friendly during the whole stay.

Comfy bed! Close to the race track. Walking distance to many resturants.
Tv too far from bed and sitting sofa was not situated in front of tv. Tv too small for room.
